| How are your postage rates calculated? |

To make it cost effective for you, we charge a flat delivery rate of $8.50 per order within Australia, which includes Registered Post.
New Zealand rates are charged at a flat rate of $15 and all other countries are $30 for international shipping fee.

| How is my order delivered? |

Your order will be delivered either by Australia Post or by our courier service called FastWay. Depending on your state and delivery address we will use the quickest and safest method of delivery. In most cases a signature will be required upon delivery.
If no-one is present to sign for the parcel, a calling card will be left for you to pick up at the local post office or for the courier to re-arrange delivery.
If you have any special requests, eg please leave parcel with apartment concierge or leave at front door, please specify this at checkout.

As we stock different labels in order to simplify the size offering, we have the follwing as a guide.
size 6: XS
size 8: S
size 10: M
size 12: L
size 14: XL
