How are your postage rates calculated?	Date Added: 16/07/2007
To make it cost effective for you, we charge a flat delivery rate of $10.00 per order within Australia. All other countries outside of Australia are charged at a flat rate of $20 for the international shipping fee. Or take advantage of our FREE shipping for any order above $80



How is my order delivered?	Date Added: 03/12/2007
Your order will be delivered either by Australia Post or by our courier service called FastWay. Depending on your state and delivery address we will use the quickest and safest method of delivery. In most cases a signature will be required upon delivery. If no-one is present to sign for the parcel, a calling card will be left for you to pick up at the local post office or for the courier to re-arrange delivery. If you have any special requests, eg please leave parcel with apartment concierge or leave at front door, please specify this at checkout.
