PRICING

The price as it appears on this website is a representation of the price and is not binding if an error has been made.  All prices listed on whitepeacock.com.au.are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST.


PAYMENT METHODS

Whitepeacock.com.au.currently accepts payment via all major credit cards or direct deposit.  Payment processing will not begin if you have not filled in all the information required on the online order form.  Once payment has been accepted, we will email you an order confirmation and tax invoice to your nominated email address.


DELIVERY

All orders placed on this website are processed within 24 hours of the order being placed.  If there is any foreseeable delay in the delivery of your order, you will be contacted by a member of the Whitepeacock team.

If your order has not arrived after five (5) working days and you have not been contacted by whitepeacock.com.au please contact us at sales@whitepeacock.com.au

For all metropolitan Melboure, Sydney and Adelaide customers, we recommend that your nominated delivery address is one where someone is present to accept your delivery between the hours of 9.00am and 5.30 pm, as all orders above the value of $50 must be signed for upon delivery.  If no one is present to accept delivery, a card will be left at the address providing contact details of the courier.  All other cities and PO Box addresses will be delivered via Australia Post.  Whitepeacock.com.au. does not accept liability for a delay in the event that there is no one to receive the order at the delivery address.


DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $7.00 per order within Australia, $10 for New Zealand orders and $20 for International orders.


REFUNDS

We value our customers at whitepeacock.com.au.and want to ensure you enjoy your online shopping experience and are satisfied with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your order in any way, please contact us at sales@whitepeacock.com.au within 14 days of purchase to discuss an exchange or refund.

If a product is returned and whitepeacock.com.au. deems it to be faulty, the customer will be refunded for freight charges incurred to return the product to whitepeacock.com.au via the payment method used when the product was originally purchased. 

Any returned product must reach us in its original, undamaged packaging. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is packaged appropriately for return freight.

Please email us at sales@whitepeacock.com.au to organise your return/exchange.  Replacements and refunds will only be processed after the faulty item has been received by whitepeacock.com.au.


CREDIT CARD FRAUD

We use E-Gateway as our credit card payment gateway which ensures your credit card details are recorded in a highly secure 128 bit encrypted environment.


PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Whitepeacock.com.au makes every effort to ensure the products youorder arrives in the condition in which it was dispatched. However,should any of your items get damaged in transit to you, please email usat sales@whitepeacock.com.au.  We will supply you with a replacement product once that damaged product has been returned to us.


GIFT CERTIFICATE

Whitepeaock Gift certificates are a voucher of a dollar value that can be used to purchase anything from the Whitepeacock website.  This gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and must be redeemed within that period.  Once purchased, a printed certificate will be sent out which includes the special code to be used when you're ready to redeem.

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and may not be used to redeem another gift certificate. Gift certificates are non-transferable and non-refundable.

To place an order, simply fill in the order form with your details and continue to proceed to the ‘submit order’ button.

By placing an order on this website you are making an offer topurchase the products you have selected based on these terms andconditions.  We reserve the right to reject or accept your offer for anyreason which may include, but is not limited to, the unavailability ofthe item, a pricing error or a mistake in your order. The availabilityof products, pricing and the cost of services like delivery etc. maychange at any time.  We will notify you when your order has beenprocessed by sending you an order confirmation and tax invoice viaemail.
